I wanted to start a thread detailing what is involved for advancement to each successive rank.

Registered Member (Rank 0)

Fill out the membership app, register for the forums, pay the $100 fee, and pass the background check.

Promotion to Active Member (Rank 1)

Be active in the forums, the blog, and in person if possible. Write, interact, share.

Promotion to Witch/Warlock (Rank 2)

Study both The Satanic Bible and The Satanic Rituals and pass a test on each.
